Fishin’ Buddy

The Humminbird Fishin’ Buddy portable Fishfinder features a clamp-mounted control head with a 24-inch tube that houses the transducer at the bottom, allowing it to reach the water from most small to mid-sized fishing boats. Several models feature a telescopic tube that extends from 24 inches to 40 inches for boats with additional freeboard. Various models come standard with a 34-degree, 200 kHz, downlooking transducer. Selected models offer SideFinding™ sonar with a range of 120 feet. With this facility, the sound waves are sent out to the side as well, so you scan waters around the boat for fish near the surface.
